• Collaborate with sales teams to align email marketing with corporate sales objectives

Content Creation & Management

• Write compelling, professional email copy that resonates with corporate decision-makers
• Develop email templates and content frameworks for consistent brand messaging
• Create personalized email content for different corporate verticals and industries
• Manage email marketing calendar and campaign scheduling

Database Management & Segmentation

• Build and maintain corporate customer databases and prospect lists
• Implement sophisticated segmentation strategies based on company size, industry, and buying stage
• Ensure data quality and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Collaborate with sales development teams to qualify and nurture leads

Performance Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates)
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements
• Generate detailed reports on campaign ROI and corporate customer engagement
• Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and corporate customer behavior

Lead Generation & Nurturing

• Develop lead nurturing workflows for corporate prospects
• Create automated drip campaigns for different corporate customer journeys
• Work with marketing automation platforms to score and qualify corporate leads
• Coordinate with sales teams for smooth lead handoff and follow-up

Compliance & Best Practices

• Ensure all email marketing activities comply with corporate email policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B or corporate environments
• Proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns targeting corporate customers

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization
• Analytics tools proficiency (Google Analytics, email platform analytics)
• Understanding of email deliverability and authentication protocols
