Stockist – Job Description (Bullet Points)
Take daily physical stock and update records accurately in Google Sheets
Must have good computer knowledge, especially Excel (basic formulas, data entry, etc.)
Ensure physical vs. system stock reconciliation on a regular basis
Update accurate stock data in Shopify and other online platforms daily
Plan and complete store replenishment on a priority basis
Adjust makeup item quantities in the stock sheet after physical stock intake
Conduct monthly fabric stock audits and maintain proper inventory records
Handle barcode sticker printing and placement on all products
Follow and maintain 5S housekeeping practices in the stockroom/workspace
