Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Analyst with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, website optimization, and link-building techniques. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of both On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies to improve website rankings, boost organic traffic, and enhance online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:

  • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize website architecture, meta tags, URLs, and content for better crawlability and user experience.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and implement solutions for technical issues (page speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, duplicate content, etc).
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Track, analyze, and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Off-Page SEO:

  • Develop and execute strategic link-building campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Manage outreach for guest posts, influencer collaborations, and digital PR activities.
  • Monitor backlink profile and perform regular toxic link audits and disavow where necessary.
  • Track competitors’ backlink profiles and discover new link opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house).
  • Deep understanding of search engine behavior and Google ranking algorithms.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
