Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services through effective telephone-based sales and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Promote company products/services and generate sales leads.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele calling, telesales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively over the phone.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Erode, Tamil Nadu.
