Job Summary:
The Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers at the two-wheeler service center. This role involves understanding customer concerns, explaining service options, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring the timely delivery of serviced vehicles. The Service Advisor is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, accurate billing, and maintaining service records.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Reception:
Greet customers and understand their two-wheeler service requirements.
Accurately document customer complaints and job instructions.
Educate customers on service options, maintenance schedules, and additional recommended repairs.
Job Card Preparation:
Prepare and update job cards with detailed customer complaints and service instructions.
Ensure all job cards are approved and signed by the customer.
Workshop Coordination:
Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
Monitor job progress and update customers on the service status.
Quality Checks & Delivery:
Perform post-service quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for delivery on time.
Billing & Documentation:
Generate accurate service invoices and explain the charges to the customer.
Handle payments and maintain records of service transactions.
Customer Satisfaction:
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after service.
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
