Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Customer Call Executive to drive our sales growth. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our cosmetic products and generate sales leads. You will be provided with a customer database to manage and nurture. If you have a passion for connecting with people and a talent for sales, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Proactively call customers from the provided database to inform them about our products, current promotions, and special offers.
Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, answer their questions, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Sales Promotion: Effectively communicate product benefits and features to entice customers and secure new orders.
Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database in MS Excel, ensuring all interactions are accurately logged.
Customer Relationship Building: Build a rapport with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Quickly learn and maintain a deep understanding of our cosmetic product range (training will be provided).
