Job Title: BFSI Executive / Associate
Job Description:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our BFSI team. The role involves assisting customers with banking, financial, or insurance services, promoting company products, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to banking, insurance, or financial products.
Support clients in opening bank accounts, applying for loans, or purchasing insurance policies.
Promote and sell financial products such as savings plans, fixed deposits, credit cards, or insurance schemes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of banking and financial services
Customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer skills
Eligibility:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate, ITI, Diploma
Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome
Age: 18 to 25 years preferred
