Job Purpose:
To generate new business opportunities by promoting and selling broadband and leased line services to individual and corporate customers within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers (residential & commercial) for broadband and leased line connections.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Explain service plans, pricing, and installation process to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Conduct area mapping and maintain daily visit reports.
Build strong customer relationships for future cross-selling and upselling.
Coordinate with the technical team for timely installation and activation.
Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collect required documents and assist in completing onboarding formalities.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and local marketing events.
