Job Title: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process across various departments
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further rounds
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Maintain and update the recruitment database
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Handle offer rollouts and pre-onboarding documentation
Assist in employer branding initiatives
Preferred Skills:
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Knowledge of HR metrics and recruitment analytics
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
