Job Title: Nitriding Furnace Operator
Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Nitriding Furnace Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of nitriding furnaces. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the nitriding process, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Furnace Operation: Operate and monitor nitriding furnaces, ensuring precise control of temperature, atmosphere, and process parameters.
2. Process Control: Implement and follow nitriding process recipes, ensuring consistency and quality of treated parts.
3. Quality Control: Inspect and verify the quality of treated parts, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
4. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting, to ensure furnace efficiency and longevity.
5. Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations, and reporting any hazards or incidents.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of furnace operations, process parameters, and treated parts.
