Assembling vehicle components such as engines, chasis, body panels. Also, involves activities of painting, movement of components and logistics. They support/assist for technical documentation updates and data collection. While they learn, they have to support these activities on day-to-day basis and achieve daily targets of the section/unit in which they attached for effective training. The training would be on three shift basis towards effective utilization of training facilities available in the organization. Expose to the core values of TVSM, TQM way of thinking, daily work management, and key business processes by using tools and techniques like QC story, SQC, FMEA, DOE, QFC, JIT, etc. Also exposure to continual improvement activities under TEI- Total Employees Involvement like kaizen, 5S, and other relevant practices.
