Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the field of promotion. The ideally suitable for candidate having experience in Apartment & commercial spaces. The candidate will have a strong understanding of planning, executing, marketing strategies, generating leads, analyzing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support business objectives and sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Convert leads into sales and meet targets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics to optimize results.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction, real estate, or engineering sectors or any reputed sector.
  • Strong data organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
