We are hiring fresh engineering Diploma Holders or graduates Electrcal and Electronics Engineering (including female candidates) who are passionate about electrical systems, field audits, and technical marketing. Selected candidates will be trained in power quality, electrical safety, and hospital electrical systems, and actively participate in site visits, audits, and client demos.
The role includes hands-on training in power quality audit tools, promoting hospital IT products, and engaging in client marketing activities across industries and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and assist in Power Quality and Electrical Safety Audits under senior guidance
Conduct field measurements using Class A analyzers (training provided)
Support in preparing site reports and analysis (Excel, PowerPoint)
Interact with hospital staff, facility managers, and engineers for product demos
Market hospital IT solutions (monitoring, diagnostics, data logging tools)
Promote power quality analyzers, safety audits, and energy efficiency services
Conduct client follow-ups, product presentations, and site demonstrations
Maintain field documentation, photos, and visit logs
Travel as required to hospitals, industries, and data centers for onsite audits
Training will be structured across 3 months including theory and field exposure.
Excellent performers will be considered for long-term roles with performance-based incentives.
This is a hybrid techno-commercial role, best suited for candidates who want to grow in both core engineering and product/business development.
Driving licence for two wheeler is must and 4 wheeler is appreciated..
