Job Title: Full Stack Developer & Technical Trainer
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong training and mentoring skills to join our team. This role is a hybrid position — you will design, develop, and maintain web applications while also conducting training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs for students or junior developers. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding, problem-solving, and teaching others to succeed in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
Development Duties:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Maintain and update technical documentation for projects.
Training & Mentoring Duties:
Deliver structured training programs on full-stack technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue, Node.js, Python/Java/PHP, and databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Conduct hands-on coding sessions, workshops, and real-world project demonstrations.
Create and update training materials, exercises, and assessments.
Mentor and guide students, interns, or junior developers in both technical and career development aspects.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in:
Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React/Angular/Vue.
Back-end: Node.js, Express, Django, Spring Boot, or similar.
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration.
Knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub).
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to break down complex technical concepts into simple, clear explanations.
Preferred Skills
Experience in DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, PyTest, JUnit, etc.).
Experience with corporate training or educational instruction.
Certification in Full Stack Development or relevant technologies.
