We are seeking an experienced and passionate Master Trainer to mentor and train junior software developers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software development, a proven ability to teach and inspire, and a commitment to building the next generation of skilled professionals. This role combines technical leadership with structured training delivery, ensuring trainees gain both theoretical knowledge and practical, industry-ready skills.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Mentoring:
Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs in full stack development, programming fundamentals, and industry best practices.
Conduct interactive classroom sessions, hands-on coding exercises, and project-based learning.
Assess trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
Guide trainees in developing problem-solving skills and writing clean, efficient code.
Encourage best practices in version control, testing, and documentation.
Curriculum Development:
Create and update training materials, exercises, and real-world project examples.
Incorporate the latest industry tools, frameworks, and technologies into the curriculum.
Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning paces and styles.
Industry Alignment:
Ensure training content matches current market demands and emerging trends.
Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and portfolio/project building assistance.
Work with industry partners to arrange guest lectures, workshops, and hackathons.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
Proficiency in:
Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React/Angular/Vue.
Back-end: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or equivalent.
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps tools, and agile development practices.
Prior experience as a corporate trainer, bootcamp instructor, or academic lecturer.
Certification in relevant technologies or teaching methodologies.
