
Job Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified faculty, counsellors, and support staff for the coaching institute. The role involves managing the entire recruitment cycle, building a strong talent pipeline, and supporting HR operations to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Understand manpower requirements from the Branch Manager/Department Heads.
Prepare and post job ads on relevant portals, social media, and networking sites.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, campus placements, and referrals.
2. Screening & Selection
Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical/subject interviews with faculty heads.
Maintain candidate databases and follow up with selected candidates.
3. Onboarding & Induction
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and background checks.
Conduct employee induction programs.
4. HR Operations Support
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Assist in payroll inputs and leave management.
Support employee engagement activities.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Knowledge of recruitment portals, social media hiring, and campus hiring.
Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
