We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Supply Chain Management / Customer
Support to join our dynamic team as part of our fresher hiring program. In this entry-level role, you
will gain hands-on experience in the fundamentals of supply chain management, Customer Service
Skills, and communication with cross-functional teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their career in supply chain
management / Customer Support with training and support from experienced professionals.
Requirements:
Recent graduate with a degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business,
Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work night shifts (9-hour shift between 5:30 PM IST and 7:30 AM IST).
Willingness to work from the office and learn in a hands-on environment.
Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
