Job Title: Aptitude Trainer
Location: Anbu Nagar, Perumalpuram, Tirunelveli

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aptitude Trainer to prepare students for competitive exams such as Bank PO/Clerk, SSC, Railway, TNPSC, and Campus Placements. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality aptitude training covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging aptitude classes for competitive and placement exams.
Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Basic Mathematics.
Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock test materials.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual mentoring when required.
Track student performance and suggest improvement strategies.
Keep updated with the latest exam patterns and question trends.
Ensure interactive and result-oriented classroom delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Mathematics, Engineering, or related field preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Aptitude or Quantitative Trainer.
Strong command over Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number Systems, DI, and Puzzles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and motivate students.
