Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Reasoning Trainer to prepare students for Bank, SSC, Railway, TNPSC, and other competitive exams. The trainer will be responsible for delivering effective classes covering Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning, Analytical Ability, and Logical Thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classes on Verbal, Non-Verbal, and Analytical Reasoning.
Teach topics like Coding-Decoding, Puzzles, Seating Arrangements, Syllogisms, Blood Relations, Data Sufficiency, and Input-Output.
Create practice exercises, assignments, and reasoning-based mock tests.
Simplify concepts and provide strategies for faster problem-solving.
Monitor and evaluate student performance.
Update training content based on the latest exam trends.
Provide personalized guidance and doubt-clearing sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in teaching Reasoning for competitive exams.
Strong knowledge of exam patterns & reasoning question types.
Good communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
Ability to make reasoning concepts interesting and interactive.
