Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer cum Setter to handle programming, setting, and operating Vertical Machining Centers to produce precision components as per specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and edit CNC programs for VMC machines.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces for machining.
Operate VMC machines to produce quality parts.
Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Maintain machines and follow safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a VMC programmer and setter.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi).
Strong attention to detail and quality.
