About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with a strong background in telecalling / telesales to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates, primarily for sales and insurance-related roles, while managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through calls, job portals, references, and social media.
Conduct telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.
