
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Educate and support patients and their families on treatment plans, post-operative care, and health management.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and hospital policies.
Promote a safe, clean, and caring environment for patients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (from a recognized institution).
Experience: “Freshers can apply” or “Minimum 1–5years of clinical experience preferred”.
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the respective Nursing Council.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
