The QA/QC Officer is responsible for ensuring that all rubber manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products meet company quality standards and comply with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines. This role involves inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, testing final products, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance product quality.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate quality records, inspection logs, and certificates of analysis.
Generate regular quality performance reports for management review.
