Responsibilities
· Assist in sourcing and evaluating potential vendors and suppliers
· Compare and analyze offers from suppliers to determine the best options
· Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
· Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
· Prepare and maintain purchase documentation, including purchase orders, vendor contracts, and invoices
· Assist in budget planning by analyzing procurement costs and providing cost-effective solutions
