Description

Job Title: International Non-Voice Process – BPO (e-Commerce Domain)

Location:

  • Chennai: Work from Office (for Chennai candidates).
  • Rest of Tamil Nadu: Work from Home (for non-Chennai candidates).

Training Period

  • Duration: 1 month of mandatory training at the Chennai office (for all selected candidates).

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Handle international non-voice processes for e-commerce operations.
  2. Ensure accurate data entry, processing, and non-verbal communication in English.
  3. Work in rotational night shifts as per business requirements.
  4. Deliver high-quality output with attention to detail.
  5. Coordinate with team members and meet client SLAs and timelines.

System Requirements

Candidates must have their own laptop and broadband internet (mobile internet/dongles not allowed).

Minimum Laptop Configuration:

  • Processor: Intel i3 (4th Gen or above)
  • RAM: 8 GB or above
  • Storage: 120 GB SSD (must be installed before joining)
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or above
  • Internet: Stable broadband connection(for work from home candidates)
