Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong problem-solving ability, effective communication skills, and expertise in, Solid Works, AutoCAD, SPM design work, Mech Bom preparation, Material Selection and System study. This role involves rapid response to issues, troubleshooting on-site problems, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities: • Design of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) • Creation of Concept designs, Embodiment designs, Detailed designs, selecting appropriate standard elements required for design with calculation. • Creation of Manufacturing drawings, Pneumatic circuit, Sequence of operation, Cycle time chart, Spare list, OAP Document, Assembly procedure, Testing Procedure & Major BOMs • Selection of standard pneumatic elements, LM-Rail, Ball screw, motor, gearbox, coupling, shaft, nut-runner & Robot. • Verifying Design parameters estimated by Draughtsman & Juniors • Providing technical support to Sales,Application and Assembly Department, • Providing technical support to Assembly & Installation activities at Factory & Customer sites. • Validation and support to colleagues/juniors • in terms of design and drawings.
Preferred candidate: • Design experience from an Industrial automation background • Hands-on Experience in weldment drawing • Expertise in Solid works software, AutoCAD • Good communication skills (Verbal & Non-verbal)
