About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and technically skilled Service Engineers to join our team. The role involves installation, servicing, and maintenance of inverters, UPS, and batteries, ensuring timely support to customers and delivering high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, commissioning, and testing of inverters, UPS systems, and batteries at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in power backup systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth functioning.
Provide on-site service support and attend customer complaints promptly.
Maintain service records, documentation, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the service team and report to Service Coordinator/Manager.
Ensure adherence to safety and company service standards.
