Description

  • Understanding the client’s requirements and translating them into detailed engineering specifications.
  • Designing & developing the desired system through engineering circuits, electronics modules, component selection, preparation of CAD models, layout of PCB boards, prototyping of boards
  • To design circuits & circuit layouts using various software’s, preparing 2D drawings & generation of Gerber files.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like C/C++ or Python for embedded systems development
  • To study a wide range of components & identify the appropriate component based on factors such as design of component, long term availability, large scale availability, cost, import considerations etc.
  • To work with suppliers & prepare prototypes of the design & ensure that it meets various standards.
  • To understand the product certification requirements if any and ensure the products are in adherence to all requirements.
  • To conduct rigorous tests to assess functionality and effects, analyzing results and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
  • To work closely with other departments and incorporating feedback to further improve the product design & offering
