Job Description:
Jayam Cinemas is looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join our café team as Billing Associates. You will be responsible for handling customer orders, managing billing operations at the café counter, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage billing and cash/UPI/card transactions accurately.
Take customer orders and process them efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
Provide excellent customer service with a polite and positive attitude.
Coordinate with café staff to ensure timely service.
Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass (college students can apply).
Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work during cinema operating hours (evenings/nights).
