JOB DESCRIPTION: TRAINEES – CONTROL PANEL DIVISION

Nature and Scope of Job for EEE / ECE :

Production:

  1. Wire harness preparation as per circuit diagram.
  2. Wiring of plates and box as per schematic diagram.
  3. Preparation of mounting plates, component mounting as per lay out.
  4. Assembly of new development panels as instruction from engineering.

Quality:

  1. Testing of Inward inspection & to analyse the MRS and Customer complaints
  2. Preparation of Control plan, Customer complaint analyses and 8D report preparation
  3. Returning the instruments for calibration due date.
  4. Identifying and initiating corrective actions on non-conforming products incoming materials and customer complaints
  5. Testing of Control panels, Wire Harness/Cable Kits & Report preparation
