Job Description:

Selling vehicles: Working with customers to understand their needs, matching them with the right vehicle, and closing the sale
Delivering vehicles: Ensuring customers understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork, and delivering the vehicle to them
Maintaining customer relationships: Following up with customers after the sale to ensure their expectations are met, and encouraging repeat business
Preparing vehicles: Ensuring vehicles are properly reconditioned and ready for delivery
Managing paperwork: Writing sales orders and processing paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
Analyzing performance: Reviewing and analyzing actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year
Supporting the sales process: Using tools and computer programs to support the sales process
