Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble leather components (such as uppers, soles, linings, or accessories) according to the standard operating procedures.

• Operate machines and hand tools as required for cutting, stitching, skiving, pasting, or finishing.

• Inspect components and finished products for quality defects and ensure adherence to company standards.

• Follow work instructions and maintain accuracy in assembly to minimize material wastage.

• Meet daily/weekly production targets and report any delays or issues to the Line Supervisor.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation in compliance with 5S standards.

• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any process bottlenecks.

• Record production data and report to the supervisor as required.
