
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble leather components (such as uppers, soles, linings, or accessories) according to the standard operating procedures.
Operate machines and hand tools as required for cutting, stitching, skiving, pasting, or finishing.
Inspect components and finished products for quality defects and ensure adherence to company standards.
Follow work instructions and maintain accuracy in assembly to minimize material wastage.
Meet daily/weekly production targets and report any delays or issues to the Line Supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation in compliance with 5S standards.
Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any process bottlenecks.
Record production data and report to the supervisor as required.
