Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with SPEA, Teradyne, or any other ICT (In-Circuit Test) systems, as well as foundational knowledge of FCT (Functional Circuit Testing), EOL (End-of-Line Testing), and Flashing processes. While advanced technical training can be provided, practical experience with ICT platforms is essential.
The role demands a high level of adaptability, problem-solving ability, and collaboration in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot SPEA, Teradyne, or equivalent ICT systems in a production environment.
Support and optimize ICT, FCT, EOL, and Flashing testing processes for electronic assemblies.
Assist in root cause analysis and resolution of test-related failures and production issues.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and support New Product Introductions (NPI).
Create and maintain test documentation, including procedures, reports, and system logs.
Contribute to test improvements, yield enhancement, and process efficiency initiatives.
Provide technical support and training to production personnel as needed.
