Purpose of the Job:

The Area Sales Manager/Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving market shares/monitoring footfalls at Terminals, Villages & driving conversions. He/she will also involve turning around focused terminals/ villages in line with the business strategy and plan.

Job description

  1. Managing and delivering Market share & revenue and providing overall guidance to the Field sales Executive of an assigned territory.
  2. Meeting the set sales targets achieved by the Field Sales Executive .
  3. Enhance performance of the Field Sales Executive and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Ensure revenue maximization by enhancing efficiency in systems and processes
  5. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions and providing updates to circle manager.
  6. Traveling to potential and existing villages/ customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  7. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to circle manager.
  8. Supporting & evaluating Field Sales Executive and individual performances
  9. Analyse market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  10. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  11. Suggest new products/ innovative sales techniques to increase market share and customer satisfaction.

 

Qualification & Skills - Must Have’s

  1. Any relevant PG/UG – with B2C Sales experience
  2. Highly motivated individuals to augment our aggressive growth plan.
  3. Should possess good communication skills with an ability to manager, initiate, acquire and build long-term relationship with Customers.
  4. Should be a good team player with multitasking abilities.
  5. Available to travel as needed
