
Job Summary:
As a UI/UX Designer at MVG Digital, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing
user interfaces for our digital products. Your expertise in user experience design will ensure that our
applications and websites deliver seamless interactions and delightful user experiences. Collaborating
closely with cross-functional teams, you will work on exciting projects that showcase your creativity and
design acumen.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gain insights into user
needs, preferences, and pain points.
2. Translate user research findings into design concepts and wireframes that effectively address
user requirements and business goals.
3. Create high-fidelity UI designs that reflect the brand's visual identity while maintaining a focus
on usability and accessibility.
4. Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback from
stakeholders and end-users.
5. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless
integration of design concepts into the development process.
6. Continuously iterate and improve on design solutions based on feedback, usability testing, and
data-driven insights.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies to
enhance the overall design quality of our products.
8. Champion a user-centric approach within the organization, advocating for design thinking and
usability principles throughout the product development life cycle.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging assets for promotional
materials and campaigns.
10. Assist in maintaining and evolving design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across
all digital products.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a
related field.
2. Proven 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI/UX design projects, including web and mobile
applications.
4. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
5. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
6. Experience with user research techniques, including user interviews, usability testing, and
persona creation.
7. Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
8. Knowledge of web and mobile design trends, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
9. Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing
interfaces.
10. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and
rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
