Tasks & Activities

Processing forward orders within TAT

  • Order processing should be done within TAT
  • Report immediately if there is any order processing delay due to vinculum
  • Ensure pickup done on same day for processed orders and report if any pending for pickup within 5pm
  • Maintain the signed manifest copy for future reference
  • Ensure correct product dispatched as per order and responsible for the same if got any customer complaints

Maintain a record for daily inbound & outbound

  • Share the screenshot of daily dispatch and return orders count & qty count by EOD

Return order processing

  • Ensure that return orders are updated in vinculum on the same day
  • Follow complete return process & make sure the inventory updated back to the bin

Apply claim for wrong return

  • Verify the return package and request the claim for missing & wrong product
  • Follow up till claim request approved

 

Measurement Metrics

Overall

  • If there are no issues with the operations of the forward & return order processing then concern person is performing his/ her task well

Processing forward orders within TAT

 

 

. No SLA breach, no seller cancellation

Return order processing (Daily Report)

. Share the report of daily return inbound entry - should be matched with received return count

Apply claim for wrong return (Weekly report)

. share the screenshot of claim details platform wise along status, product value and refund claimed amount.
