Position: Telecaller
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Location: Erode
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
  • Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Generate leads and maintain customer databases.
  • Follow up on leads, understand customer needs, and convert them into sales.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.
  • Maintain daily call logs and reports.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Customer Care Executive preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Good listening skills and customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or call center.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Multilingual communication ability is an added advantage.
