Job Title: Food and Meat Marketing Executive
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Sales & Marketing
Location: [From Salem to Bangaloure-Karnataka]

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for meat and food products across retail, wholesale, and/or export channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
Plan product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing activities.
Work with internal teams (production, sales, and logistics) to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Brand Management:
Manage brand identity, ensuring consistency across packaging, advertising, digital media, and POS materials.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, packaging labels, and digital content.
Build and maintain strong brand visibility both online and offline.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support for B2B and B2C customers.
Organize events, trade shows, food exhibitions, and in-store sampling promotions.
Develop customer loyalty programs and promotional partnerships.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor marketing KPIs and ROI, and report regularly on campaign performance.
Analyze customer feedback and adjust strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food, meat, or FMCG sector.
Solid understanding of meat products (cuts, processing, consumer preferences, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of local and international food marketing regulations.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, social media platforms, analytics).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with food (food & meat) retailers, distributors, or export markets.
Familiarity with Halal/organic certifications and labeling.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus (depending on market served).
