Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Media Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical and logistical support for media-related activities including video production, digital content, broadcasting, live streaming, and multimedia presentations. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality media output and seamless operation of media equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for audio/visual equipment, live events, video recordings, and broadcasts.
  • Assist with the setup, testing, operation, and breakdown of media equipment including cameras, microphones, lighting, and editing software.
  • Troubleshoot media playback or hardware issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update multimedia equipment and software as needed.
  • Support the production and post-production of digital media content (videos, podcasts, presentations, etc.).
  • Collaborate with content creators, IT teams, and communications departments to deliver high-quality media services.
  • Archive and manage digital assets according to company policies and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with copyright and licensing regulations in all media use.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in media editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Solid understanding of video and audio formats, codecs, and file management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support live events.

Education Qualification :

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a media support role.
