Position: YouTube Content Creator
Department: Media & Digital Marketing

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate YouTube Content Creator to produce engaging and high-quality videos for our channel. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, video editing knowledge, and the ability to create content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, research, script, and create original content for YouTube.
  • Shoot and edit videos to produce high-quality content.
  • Manage the entire video production cycle – from concept to publishing.
  • Optimize videos for SEO, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
  • Consistently post content as per the content calendar.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments and analyzing feedback.
  • Track video performance using YouTube Analytics and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for promotional strategies.
  • Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator / Video Producer.
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube platform, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and passion for making engaging content.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [your niche – e.g., business, lifestyle, tech, food, education].
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and cross-platform promotions.
