Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements.
Prepare accurate job cards and explain service details, costs, and timelines.
Coordinate with technicians and monitor progress of service jobs.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service/repairs.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in customer handling role in automobile industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
