About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Career Counsellor to join our Overseas Education team in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in counselling, marketing, or student services and will guide students in choosing the right international education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on overseas education options, courses, and universities.
Assist in admission applications, documentation, and visa processes.
Provide guidance on entrance exams, scholarships, and country-specific requirements.
Handle student enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and online leads.
Support marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Achieve monthly student enrollment and counselling targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Any Degree (Education, Management, or related fields preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in counselling, marketing, or a related role.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and persuasion abilities.
Knowledge of overseas education processes will be an advantage.
