About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic freshers who are interested in building a career in early childhood education. Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month structured training program, after which they will be confirmed as Permanent Pre-School Teachers.
Key Responsibilities (Post Training):
Conduct age-appropriate classroom activities and playful learning sessions.
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
Support the overall growth and development of children (social, emotional, and intellectual).
Maintain good communication with parents and staff.
Follow school policies, discipline, and safety guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (Education-related preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: Not required – Freshers welcome.
Skills: Good communication, patience, creativity, and love for children.
Preference will be given to candidates living within 5 km of Kurusady, Nagercoil.
