Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, monitor financial reports, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure profitability. Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate production staff to foster a high-performing team and a culture of continuous improvement. Supply Chain & Inventory: Manage inventory, control purchasing, and collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize supply and production. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the company's mission and expand market growth. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the unit operates in full compliance with all relevant industry, health, and safety regulations. Problem-Solving: Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and other departments to resolve issues promptly and improve operations.
