Experience: 1–5 years (entry-level or experienced welders)
Certifications: Welding certifications (optional but preferred – e.g., ASME, ISO)
Skills:
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Arc, and Gas Welding
Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements
Familiarity with cutting torches, grinders, and welding machines
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit and able to work in hot, confined, or outdoor conditions
