Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Agriculture.~ Master's degree in agriculture is an advantage., Previous experience of minimum 3 to 4 years in similar industry.
Novi Journey farm manager for 100 Acres of Land. Responsibilities involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of a farm to maximize efficiency, profitability, and sustainability. The specific duties vary depending on the farm's focus, such as crops, livestock, or a combination.Good Communication and Interpersonal skills, Passion for Farming and Customer Service, Proficiency in MS Office.
Salary Package: Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 per month. Based on experience and qualifications.
Operations Management:
Directing and coordinating the daily activities of the farm, such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, and managing the health of livestock.
Staff Supervision:
Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising farm personnel, coordinating their work activities, and ensuring they adhere to safety regulations.
Financial Management:
Developing and managing the farm's budget, preparing financial reports, and tracking production records to maximize profitability.
Maintenance & Equipment:
Overseeing the maintenance and repair of farm machinery, tools, and facilities.
Production & Quality Control:
Monitoring crop and livestock health and quality, conducting tests on plant growth, and ensuring produce meets quality standards before sale or delivery.
Business & Marketing:
Developing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry associates; monitoring market conditions to plan crop outputs; and exploring new revenue streams like value-added products.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensuring the farm operates in accordance with government regulations and health and safety standards.
