CONTRACT COMMITMENT
We ask for a 2-year minimum service period (with training) and a 3-year bond to ensure stability and growth together.
Career Growth
Helpers: Performance bonus of 10,000 after 1 year, 15,000 after 2 years
ITI/Diploma: Performance bonus of 20,000 after 1 year, 25,000 after 2 years
Annual Increment: Based on your performance and attendance

About the Role - We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Client for their Railway Track Machine team. Whether you are a Helper (10th pass), ITI graduate, or Diploma holder, we have opportunities for you to grow and build a long-term career with us.
Job Responsibilities-
Operate and maintain railway track machines
Support track maintenance work
Learn and grow under expert guidance
TRAINING PROVIDED - At Allahabad For Diploma - 4 Weeks of Training For ITI - 2 Weeks of Training
For 10th Pass (Helper) - 1 Week of Training
Note - During the Training Period the staff will be paid 50% of the offered salary only. After successful completion of training the staff’s employment will be confirmed.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
All candidates' documents need to be verified and submitted to the Client.
Post checking the documents all candidates have to be arranged in one venue designated by the client. Client SPOC will assign one interviewer to attend at the venue and complete interviews & provide all details.
