Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our production team as an Assistant Production Supervisor. The candidate will support the production supervisor in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, quality standards, and timely production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Production Supervisor in planning and monitoring production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.
Help in identifying bottlenecks and suggesting process improvements.
Keep proper records of production activities, materials used, and output.
Support training and guidance of production staff when required.
Report any production issues or delays to the Production Supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fresher or 0–1 year experience in production/manufacturing environment.
Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of safety and hygiene practices (especially in food or manufacturing industries) is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office or basic reporting tools is desirable.
