Job Summary

  • Handling customer complaints & trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc.
  • Turn Key Project execution at site
  • Regular Preventive maintenance of customers
  • Suitable in either of the following: Service or Turn Key Project execution

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Trouble shooting under guidance for Service
  • Turn Key Project execution at a given Site for Projects
  • Enquiry generation and business development

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: ITI or Diploma
  • No Engineering**
  • Previous job experience: Service of any mechanical Industrial equipment
  • Technical skills: Hands on experience in servicing

Area Coverage:

  • Customer coverage from South Chennai to Chengalpet and till Thindivanam, Puducherry, and Cuddalore.
