Maintain and update records of customer interactions and payment status.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
Prepare and share periodic reports on collection status and aging analysis.
Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate authority as per escalation matrix.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during collection activities.
Support audit and reconciliation processes related to receivables.
